Privacy information

A complete privacy notice for Verdeon’s legal entities and the markets in which they operate must be approved and published before launch. It needs to explain who controls personal information, why it is used, the legal basis, sharing, retention, rights and contact details for each relevant service.

The estimate calculation runs in the visitor’s browser. When someone begins on the home page, the selected country and postcode are included in the destination page URL to prefill the estimate, so the hosting server receives those values and they may appear in hosting logs. The estimate and usage calculations are not sent to a Verdeon CRM. Enquiry links open the visitor’s email application; information is sent only if the visitor chooses to send that email. Hosting-log handling, retention and all market-specific data flows must be confirmed in the reviewed privacy notice before launch.
